3. Location Data
Our app collects location data only during an active attendance session initiated by the user after marking attendance.
- Location is captured at the time of attendance check-in using face verification
- Periodic location checks are performed approximately every 30 minutes during active sessions
- Used to verify user stays within authorized 200-meter work radius
- Background location tracking stops automatically after check-out
Location data is not used for advertising, profiling, or marketing and is not shared with third parties.
4. Face Data (Face Detection and Verification)
- Facial images are captured only at the time of attendance marking
- Used strictly for real-time identity verification
- Raw facial images are not stored on the device
- Encrypted biometric templates may be generated for authentication
- Templates are securely stored on backend servers
- Face data is not shared with any third parties
Face data is used only for attendance and identity verification and not for advertising, profiling, or tracking.
5. Data Retention
- Face data is retained only while the user is active in the organization
- Deleted permanently upon account deactivation or termination
- Other data retained only as necessary for service and legal requirements

- Role-based access control

We do not sell or rent user data.
